Two-Minute Warming Balm

Need a timeout to rub down soar, achy breaky muscles? Try this warming concoction on yourself or your guy.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1/2 cup beeswax
  • 1/2 cup shea butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon jojoba oil
  • 3 drops camphor oil
  • 3 drops lavender oil
  • 3 drops eucalyptus oil
  • 3 drops peppermint oil

Here’s what you do:

Melt beeswax and shea butter in a double boiler and stir in oils. Remove from heat and add essential oils. Pour into a container and allow to cool.
