Inspired by Garden of Wisdom owner Markey Martin, this healing concoction gives elbows the attention they deserve. Calendula oil helps heal cracked skin while the carrot seed essential oil conditions skin and relieves irritation. Also good for knees, knuckles, heels and any other area of dry, under-served skin.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) calendula oil
- 12 to 15 drops of carrot seed essential oil
Here’s what you do:
Blend the oils together in a glass bottle and massage onto elbows after a shower or before bed. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 12 months.
