- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 1 ripe avocado (peeled)
Here’s what you do:
Coarsely chop almonds in a blender and mix them with the oatmeal. Dice and mash the avocado, setting the pit aside. Combine the avocado with the oatmeal and almond mixture. Massage the concoction onto the body. Rinse with warm water, pat dry and moisturize. Use the avocado pit to massage sore muscles.
