Here’s what you need:

  • 1 tablespoon almond or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon shea oil
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 drops of peppermint oil
  • 4 tablespoons neutral unscented body lotion

Here’s what you do:

Crush the banana with a fork until well mashed (Resist the temptation to eat it). Place in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. In the shower with the water off, apply the mixture to your legs, covering everything from ankles to knees. Keep your legs raised for 10 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.

The Viceroy’s spa experts also advise to give you legs a boost by increasing blood circulation. To do so, they suggest you sit back on your bed face up and stretch out your legs, resting your ankles on the wall at the bedside. This can also be done on the floor.
