At-Home Ahhh-romatherapy

DIY Aromatherapy

Boost your well-being with at-home aromatherapy!

Feeling a little rotten now that temps have skyrocketed to ungodly highs? Yeah, we hear ya. Lifting your spirits is easy with these two at-home aromatherapy treatments.

Aromatherapy is crazy good for you. It can promote relaxation, enhance your well-being, boost your immune system, and even relieve minor discomforts. It’s a fantastic natural complement to typical health solutions.

Picking the right essential oil is the first step. Scents like peppermint and eucalyptus are stimulating and great mood “uppers,” while lavender and frankincense are centering and relaxing. Choose your beauty Rx below and have at it – spraying the air around you, misting your hair and skin, or even spritzing bed linens. Don’t worry – they won’t stain.

Here’s what you need:

Energy Kick

  • 1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
  • 2 drops geranium essential oil
  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil

Chill Out

  • 2 drops bergamot essential oil
  • 1 drop frankincense essential oil
  • 3 drops lavender essential oil

Here’s what you do:

Fill a clean, dry mini spray bottle with 4 ounces of distilled water. Add the chosen blend of essential oils directly into the spray bottle, using a dropper for careful measurement. Close the bottle, shake and spray! (Remember: water and oil don’t mix, so shake before each use.)
